This Refund Policy applies to all courses purchased on bemihubmakeup.com from BEMIHUB MAKEUP, a project of BEMIHUB SKYHI PRIVATE LIMITED.

1. Digital Course Nature

Our courses are digital products delivered instantly. Because access is granted immediately on payment, all sales are generally considered final.

2. When a Refund May Apply

• You were charged twice for the same course (duplicate payment).
• A technical issue on our side prevented you from accessing the purchased course and could not be resolved within a reasonable time.
• You were charged but did not receive access details despite contacting support.

3. How to Request

Email support@bemihubmakeup.com within 7 days of purchase with your payment reference (Razorpay payment ID) and a description of the issue. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Not Eligible

• Change of mind after accessing the course content.
• Lack of practice or expectation of a specific personal result.
